They've reorganized their product line but can't reorganize the app display on the App Store so they don't want you to buy that version.
FLSM is what used to be the iphone only version many moons ago. So it's still in the store for people who bought it back then. But like bigcatrik said they want to concentrate their sales on FL Studio Mobile (which is EXACTLY the same app) for the purposes of charts etc.
Even in the App Store, they make it clear what they're doing and it's another example of why Apple isn't doing enough to support users and developers when these sorts of ridiculous strategies have to be used because Apple hasn't made more of an effort to make their marketplace user friendly.
Maybe email Image Line this?....... At least they could be made to be aware of this stupidity!.....

They need to have this version alive for those that already purchased it. They can't swap version or send coupons bcoz of Apple rules. Eventually this version fades out. Not the first to do this, but others have used upgrade package solution to solve similar.
