I like to fiddle with various doublers, but if I had to choose one for everyday (reliable/easy/predictable) vocal use it would be this.
Harmony Eight , works really well on my Air2 , but it is a cpu hog

VirSyn have also Harmony Voices. Been around for a long time and recently updated. But only offers 4 Voices if I remember correctly.
