Midimittr
If you're running a recent version of OS X, open up Audio MIDI Setup, and you should be able to link to your iPad or iPhone using Bluetooth; it'll be a bit like a regular CoreMIDI connection, but fast.
I wrote Apollo before Apple put Bluetooth MIDI into iOS and OS X -- now that it's built it, my app is kind of redundant (well, it has a built-in keyboard, and IMO, is easier to set up, but the same functionality is available from Apple).

You dont need any particular app for it. You just need one to enable the connection, then it works with all apps that can send midi and select destinations(mac is created to be a normal midi in or out connection). There are loads of apps that can do that. I usually use steppolyarp
cool thanks guys
