Setting a Quneo up with Launchpad app?
Any advice on setting up a quneo with the Launchpad app?
I am about to dig into the Quneo editor for the first time, and try to reverse engineer the app's,expectations from the Launchpad Pro hardware programmer's guide, but I am wondering if I am overlooking something.

Usb id to activate the magic.
What does that mean?
It means when you plug any USB device the host (iPad) ask to the device data from "id vendor" "model" (and serial number sometimes). When it checks these are ok then it could be possible a incoming handshake message (based on previous data) and finally the "midi" messaging.

So you can emulate the midi messages but if the firmware data and/or handshake aren't equal the app will not recognize it as launch hardware.
Note aside: it seems the behringer clone has a "launchpad mode" which sends all the same messaging so launchpad app recognize it as og.
Also at wej post I talked about this...

So you will need (maybe) modify the hardware id vendor from your Keith McMillan which could avoid your guarantee and blablabla aka hardware hacking. Idk if this could be sensible info at this forum and I will love see Launchpad app IAP to allow third party controllers (to add foot controllers i.e.) but I don't expect it, my bad...
