Link makes Poly useful. Before it was a kind of glorious polyrhythm-maker.
I was thinking of this app just a few days ago.
Link will be an excellent addition.
One of my earliest fave apps.
Caelestis was fun too.
Having trouble finding it. Can someone share a link please?

Neat idea but I can't seem to play anything, I can load the demo pattern 2 and it starts but then when I pause it the play button doesn't seem to work.
Tried a full restart. Also demo pattern 1 crashes for me.
Having the same issues here, looks like we'll need to wait for the inevitable bugfix release.
Happy to see the update though, Link is a great addition.
Thanks!
Works great here with AB3, I love it!
How's this in contrast to Concentric? Do they have different strengths and weaknesses?
Concentric works for me.![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Sure there are different pluses and minuses but I find Concentric easier to get something going with....

While they can both go down the polyrhythmic route, they are rather different in approach and strengths.
Concentric is more precise; you set the note you want on the beat circle with the timing you define. Much better for rhythmic stuff.
It's possible to get a similar end result with Poly, but it would be harder and that's not really the point. In Poly the distance from the center determines how frequently a note triggers. You could build up rhythmic sequences, but it's much better for creating Eno-esque phasing loops. One very nice feature is that a node in Poly can be assigned to a few notes so when it's triggered the note played is randomly selected from the ones assigned.
Update fixed all my issues, impressive turnaround time.
Agree with @aplourde, it's fun but I'm not sure I need this as well as Concentric. Great that I can mess around with it in my workflow before committing to the, admittedly paltry, MIDI/Import IAP costs though.
Fair.
