Lumafusion/Luma FX and a small videoclip of some running water

Made this using just a small clip of some running water and then applied various effects in Lumafusion....I need to check the project output quality before I do another one though :|

Tune has been previously posted here...made with blocs wave and Groovebox

  • Have you compared the audio output with the original? I recently upload a LumaFusion promo to YouTube and subsequently found it the audio much louder (compressed) than the original.

Not directly no, but I will do now you've highlighted it to me :) thanks

  • Youtube tends to change audio, as well, don't forget.

  • Very cool. And @realdavidai is right about LumaFusion (or Youtube?) overcompressing audio to the point it will distort if you use mastered audio as your soundtrack. I’ve been asking for a fix for months. My workaround is to lower the sountrack level by 3dB. Cheers!

I’m pretty sure It’s LumaFusion because I had uploaded the same video to Instagram and it’s similarly overcompressed/distorted. Not good. :|

Do you lower inside of LumaFusion or before importing?
