Audio loop recording with BM3
I'd like to use BM3 for recording audio loops. I created a new audio track, set the input to one of my hardware synths, enabled the monitor so I could hear the synth, enabled loop mode, set the length to one bar, armed the audio track, enabled recording in the transport and pressed play. It looked like the bar was looping as expected. I waited a few bars and then played my synth. First, nothing played back until I disabled recording in the transport and then to my surprise it showed a linear recording with my audio on the third bar instead of on the first bar. So, in summary, it ignores loop mode and just records linearly. Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible to just use it as a simple audio looper or do I have to record linearly and chop the audio to fit in the loop?
Thanks,
