Very nice Doug! Definitely a modern Hawkwind vibe going on there :)

    Thanks, @MonzoPro
Just to add that I used Tonestack for my guitar but, interestingly, the high "guitar" that comes in half way through is actually Doug on a synth! Amazing playing, Doug!

  • Cosmic, man. I mean, men. Almost made me want to get some hallucinogenics. Cool, trippy stuff, boys. I dig it.

  • Wow...Space man...I'll go and park

  • Is this what's known as a legal high. ;)

  • I've probably posted this before, but I'll wheel out my old Ozric Tentacles anecdote:

I was having a jolly time at a free (ish) festival in Norwhich in the mid-80's, and as it was late headed back to my VW camper (very unfashionable and cheap at that time) for some kip. When I got there, in my absence, the Ozrics had erected a stage to one side of my van, which was now included in the set, and they were in the middle of a full-blown wig-out.

Normally I'd sit and enjoy their gig (I used to get to see them all over the place), but I was hungry, and wanted a late-night fried egg sandwich and heded into my van. It was at this point I noticed the lead guitarist sitting on the roof, complete with speaker.

Bit of a weird accompaniment for any meal, but the audience seemed to enjoy it, and there were laughs when my van light went on and they could see me cooking inside.

Though it did start to wear a bit thin six or seven hours later, as they were quite keen on their long sets...

Thank you, sir. I love a well told story; although, this one would still be good even if it were poorly told.
