Future Drummer issues - general flummoxment/crashes

Hello all,

When using Future Drummer to send MIDI output to korg gadget, the software crashes.

It gives me Gadget as a midi destination, but the moment I click on it, FD crashes.

Any suggestions?

    No. I asked on Facebook a month or so ago. He said was gonna look into it.

    I can't tell what is an issue or not.

    I have FUTURE and SOFT.

    I don't understand how the workflow is supposed to fit into my work for songs versus loops.

    I know I can't save on the pads.

    But, when I saw pads, I thought pads I could play. Not memory pads.

    Is there a straight sequencer on the app?
    Can you make indidual sequences and chain them?

    Have app and think the sounds are near best of my ios but doesn't seem to be intuitive for my ole music brain.

    Pattern mode is the sequencer...make your own patterns there...just turn off jamming and fills if you want to play your pattern as is.
    In song mode you can chain patterns.

    I have exact same issue. Thought it was just a crappy sounding app until I tried it on ipad. Been an issue since launch, surprised they don't address it.

    Hi. It only occurs on iPhone 6 - 7 . It seems a Core Audio bug for the Matrix Mixer. I know sometimes, for some strange reason, the distortion dissapears and sounds good. I'll try to deal with the issue next week and contact Apple engineering team.

    Yep, getting the issue on iphone 6s. Lemme try iPad Mini 4 and Air 2 and report back

    Just set futuredrummers own port as output. In gadget set the input port as futuredrummers. The app only crashes when you use other ports. I have used it with gadget with no issues this way.
