Kord is about finding chords that work together and saving them as a progression. Klimper does this, then lets you build a song around it with multiple instruments, sequencing and section arrangement. It’s a bit like Kord + Auxy + AUv3 + MIDI export.

When he decided to make Klimper a full sequencer, he split the product into 2 where Kord replaced Klimper

Hey Arpseechord, did you load Colossus as an Audio Unit or via IAA?
Thanks TobiasS1 The other week I only tried it as an audio unit and I couldn't access the e-pianos. I just checked now in IAA and Colossus works now. Thanks for the tip. I must have been distracted when I tried last week lol

Colossus AU seemingly doesn't load it's samples initially, i have to switch back and forth to force loading. Will try in a different host now to see if this behaviour is intrinsic to colossus or a bug in klimper.

Opened up klimper and launched Colossus as an iaa and all five e-pianos workrd fine with the basic melody I created. When I scrolled a little faster in Colossus from e-piano to epiano the loading of each wouldn't work anymore and the e-piano sounds disappeared.
I closed both apps and did the same setup and it seems to be working again. Very iffy at the moment. When I restarted both apps I tried Colossus in AU and it was showing this time the list of pianos I have and that the app is ready and yet there is no sound and nothing happens when I select any of my available pianos.
Having fun with Klimper tonight. Midi out would be a godsend for using in conjunction with a DAW. Would like to see some solo buttons on the instruments. I couldn't open Redshrike or Lorentz AU panel and no sound. All other ice gear apps seem to work. A copy and paste of group notes would be great also. Sure it will be a winner in time.
I don't have the app, waiting for midi out, but I was watching videos and the dude was totally copying and pasting groups of notes.
Obviously missed that great.

Hi Tobias, I'm really interested in your app but not being a drummer or Bass player , wondered how your app would help me with creating Bass and drum tracks.
I guess I need to see some more videos. Been waiting for Doug or Haq or the Audio Dabbler to make a in depth video but so far none.
In the description it says I can start my song with a melody and that the app will help develop a suitable chord progression to create my song with that melody, do you have any videos or explain that abbot more please?

Unfortunately KORD formerly known as KLIMPER is crashing to my homescreen since the last update ( the one where you changed the name of it). It worked perfectly before on my ipad2 with the last ios 9 version.
Be nice to see more definition between notes on the sequencer like Modstep it's quite hard to see the black on black lines.
I’m really enjoying Klimper. The way it’s arranged makes it easy to go from a few ideas to a sketch, to a complete piece.
A few things would get it close to perfection for me:
The last 3 could easily fit on the top bar. Zooming between a single section and the complete piece could be achieved by tapping the section title, then a zoom focus control. Loop could be similar. Proper transport controls will be needed to handle midi input so that a keyboard section can be practised while looping, then recorded, for example.
Oh, and there’s a bug with exporting audio (on iOS 11 at least) where the beginning gets truncated.
I think I've found a bug.
The chord palette works fine in c, but if you switch to D Natural minor (I haven't tried other keys) and drag chords up into the timeline the chord that sounds if you tap the timeline chord is different to the one in the palette.
