Audiobus 3 Question: Multi Midi Assignment on the Audio side
I want use Genome to drive apps.
I also want to be able to play the apps with MIDI hardware.
I have tried but cannot figure out what the heck other "conversion splitter whatchamacallit" apps and configuration I need to do?
I want Genome to power 3 diff apps. I want to play these apps at the same time.
HOW DOES ME DO DIS?
Comments
Do you have the AB3 MF Adapter?
Yes
So how do I do multiple apps for same channel with it?
I have all the accessory apps
Just put the MF Adapter as the sender in multiple midi lanes in AB3 and put the receiver apps into the right slots at the bottom of the lane. Obviously point genome at the right channel in the adapter app.
I will try
I will have to do it I guess.
Genome isn't an AB3 MIDI source. So I am envisioning what you are saying and not picturing it.
I will session up and see later.
You set the core MIDI in genome the old fashioned way--choose MF Adapter as the destination.
