    Depends on what sort of track you're after. I sometimes play my bass along with some beats to establish the structure of a more rhythmic track, but I like playing melodies on the bass too, so for that stuff I'd put chordal tracks on first.

    Yeah I noticed the IOS version is extremely limited and the video got me really interested but I do t do desktop.
    Kimpler has my attention as well but has no built in bass or drum grooves to get you going.
    Chordbot seems like my way to go for now then as it has all main instruments and export to midi is also possible. Most likely I'll export to Cubasis and build from there.

    So with KRFT Midi in you will be able to import whole Midi files or patterns ?

    guessing from the screenshots, the difference of Odesi seems to be the choice of playing styles, which reminds a bit to Band-in-a-Box on desktop.
    This may result in more 'groovy' patterns, but that's a tough one because 'bass' is essentially on microtiming and less hitting the exact metric points.
    Anyway it will add a significant amount of better flow.

    You can very quickly get Oscilab or Different Drummer generating a bass line in your chosen key. MIDI out to iFretless, should cover most of what you want.
