How to down grade back to ios 6
About halfway down are the instructions for downgrading. Happy enough with 7 meself.

Why would anyone want to go back to iOS 6? Yeah I know but 7 is just so way more powerful with IAA. I'd say if 6 rocks for you then take your time. 7 will be waiting.
