Bandcamp is great, no complaints here. I used ReverbNation for awhile too, but honestly they seem to push the social aspects more than I needed for just media hosting. These days I post most of my music on my own website though. That way I can control the quality, and don't have to rely on whatever transcoding the host might be doing.
I prefer Logamp these days (not in the list).
