strange things happening now on ios6?
haven't upgraded my ipad4 yet - but noticed a few things over past couple of days. I've had about 10 or 12 apps on my ipad that I haven't chose to update to current versions yet ... but today the notification number was gone on the app store icon, and it says now that "no current updates available - all apps up to date" in the app store. (i thought ios6 didn't have automatic updating of apps?)
Also having minor issues with AB - when i open it, then select something as output or input for first time and start it up, there is no AB transport bar on the chosen app - I have to go back to Audiobus, shut it down and reselect it from list to get that working.
And have noticed a few minor issues with Loopy just using it by itself (never had any issues with Loopy before) ...
anybody else starting to notice issues with ios6 and apps?

I have experienced the same thing with the app store. I finally was able to update everything on my iPad but felt no inclination to go through the hassle on my iPod.
I haven't had any problems with AudioBus yet but I haven't had much time to try lately.
and another weird thing just happened. Closed down all running apps, started Audiobus, then loaded Loopy in output, Magellan in input... made some music for a bit, went to close down apps and noticed the App Store & Yellofier apps were running in background....
@Halftone, I've just repeated your setup and it was ok, no Yellofier or AppStore in the background, but I've noticed the Magellan icon appears "blank" on the AB tab in Loopy.
The only things I've been noticing is -
Audiobus takes more time to load apps on its list when first opened.
Some more icons don't appear on the AB tab, depending on apps used, like Alchemy.
AppStore doesn't warn about app updates anymore, I have to check the Purchased list for updates.
I'm using an iPad 3 and an iPad 4 (both still with iOS 6.1.3). Things vary a little between them. For exemple, sometimes the iPad 4 warns me about new updates, the iPad 3 does not.
