Simple Set List Automation

I'd like to do some simple set list automation. These are the tools I have to work with:

1) OnSong (for displaying sheet music/chords/lyrics) and listing the songs to be played
2) Midi Keyboard
3) Korg PlugKey (only has MIDI in/TRS audio and headphone out) - but super easy to use)
4) Audiobus (along with the Midiflow audio bus bundle)
5) Korg Module, Korg iM1

I like this because I can turn it on in an instant and play without having to have a real computer. I practice with the headphones plugged into the Korg PlugKey. When I have something to record. I plug the midi keyboard audio outs and Korg PlugKey audio outs into an audio interface and record - and I am thinking I might use this setup for live performance as well.

I'd like to be able to select a song and have everything "configured". My configurations will be simple - like using Korg Module for Ivory Piano (love it) and possibly Korg iM1 for bass (doing a split on the MIDI keyboard). For some songs I might play songs from the Midi Keyboard only, for some songs I might layer and/or split iOS apps like Korg Module/iM1 and for some songs I might play just the Korg Module/iM1(via the external MIDI keyboard) and possibly just set the volume on my Midi keyboard to zero.

So the midi/audio flow looks like this:

OnSong (Select Song)->AudioBus(automatically select configuration for Song based on "Program Change"?)->AudioBus Loads configuration (Split/Layer with Korg Module/iM1)->AudioBus (Set levels of the various iOS apps)->Korg PlugKey (audio out to interface or mixer or monitors or whatever)

Does that sequence of events make sense? Or should AudioBus drive the selection of Song in OnSong? Has anyone done anything like this and has a recipe that works?

BTW, I realize that I don't have MIDI out from the Korg Plug Key - I think I am OK with just setting up my midi keyboard with the patches I will need. I think I can set up a "Quick Access" list on the keyboard I am using. Actually, Maybe as I select the Song/Patch list on my MIDI keyboard from my "Quick Access" list - I could drive the sequence of events listed above? Still not sure if AudioBus or OnSong should be first in the list...

Any ideas?

I have only glanced through the docs - but I think that OnSong can send a Midi Program Change when you select a song.

I have a couple actually. I have a super old (over 30 years) Ensoniq SQ-80 that I am mostly using now as a controller. I also have a Kurzweil PC3x - but it is in a repair shop at the moment getting fixed.
