Bm3 and korg nanokontrol studio

How do you assign the korg volume faders to the bm3 volume faders? Thought that would be automatic. I can find a work around, assigning macros to gain, etc, but that wastes a macro i could make better use of. to So far i'm having a blast connecting the nanokey and assigning stuff to the macros.

Ditto...it would be nice to be able to use the transport and faders on the nanoKontrol natively though. Maybe in Mackie HUI mode?

The transport is assignable. At least a few, play, stop etc. In the midi mapping page, but i can't find volume unless i use the macro work around

    Thanks!

  • BM3 is on slice mode I guess somehow?

I HAD the pads mapped to a controller.

Now when I hit the midi pad I just get different pitches of the 1 "selected" pad.

What setting did I somehow change where now it is in some focus pad mode where all midi signals are going to the same pad just different keys/pitches?

I don't know what to turn off or whatever the fuck I did.

    SO FRUSTRATED.

I have no idea why I never can find things on this app. I guess my logic doesn't mesh well with the developers. Damn I am trying to really learn this app and always some little dumb shit derails me and I end up back on the old apps because too much time was spent tryng to turn on or off a feature.

I never had this happen with an app like this. Nothing seems obvious to me and it is so frustrating already.

You must have assigned one of the macros to change the pitch on the sample page.

I was dealing with the same issue...I think I put the nanokontrol studio back in gadget native (factory) mode instead of "assignmable" mode because I was programming something in gadget. I think if you put it back in assignable mode the pads will stay mapped.
