Logic Pro X/iconnectaudio4/AUM or Audiobus/Synth App
This potentially goes under the heading, newbie (stupid?) question. I recently got Logic Pro X for my macbook. What I'd like to figure out is how to record the audio from a synthesizer app on my Ipad into Logic using my iConnectAudio4. Logic is able to see the iConnect interface. I'm able to use the iConnect inputs to play and record my guitar & vocals in Logic. How do I connect a synth app (through either AUM or Audiobus) and have it record audio into Logic? Is it even possible?

yes, yes it is. Seems like a good topic for a new video.
I usually work with the iConnect in the default settings. So inside of logic, have it listen to channel 5/6 for stereo. That is where the ipad audio is being routed. You technically don't need audiobus or AUM. AUM makes a great companion app for an iConnect device, since it can route audio the best in my opinion. I can do a video on this, been meaning to.
Wow, that was easy. Thanks, Mitch. A video on routing with the iConnect/iPad/Mac would be super helpful!
One more question if I could, Mitch. Am I able to put different apps into AUM and route the audio from those channels into different tracks in Logic? What I'd like to do is use my blueboard to control chord changes in chordpolypad and play my guitar in a different AUM channel and have those channels record into seperate tracks in logic.
