Issue with stuck install
Has anyone else had this issue? I installed Looptical on my iPad and that worked fine. I went to install it on my iPhone and it seemed to get stuck half way. I have to confess that may be because I went outside of the WiFi range while it was downloading. But then it was just stuck, saying it was downloading but not doing anything. I tried rebooting the iPhone, and that cleared the partial progress bar, but it still just says it is Installing on the App Store page, but not actually going anywhere! How do I get it to restart? Still on Ios6 by the way.

You should be able to touch the app icon to get it to resume.
Yeah, a couple of taps to toggle between 'waiting' and 'loading' should kick start it again.
There is no app icon on the normal screens. And in App Store, it has the label "Installing" ghosted out. If I touch the Looptical app icon in App Store, it closes the App Store!
Download the app to your computer and then do a sync. Worked for me when I had a similiar problem before.
Thanks - i'll give that a try.
Thanks, that worked, although not the first time when I got an error message. But at least I can use Looptical on my iPhone too now!
Idk if you're on iOS7 or not but the other day when trying to install a large app, it took about 8 tries. It kept failing for no reason, I had plenty of space (almost triple) and it finally went through
I have one app stuck on an iPad mini for months now. It even survived the update to iOS 7.
