Silly Takete Lunchtime Jam Session.......................

I love Takete because it is like a true blank slate of sequencers and granular synths and sample players.

All sounds were mainly resampled and sequenced with a few parts played on the granular synth.

AMAZING APP

DEFINATELY END OF WORLD APP AND I TAKE 3---------TAKETE is one of them.

Comments

  • Took me a little to get settled in and find the groove.

Total spontaneous session as I was unplugging the ole Air one and saw the Takete app calling me to play with it.

Fun all the way and Really kicks in when the clown arrives and thence forth.

Got me to open Takete up again after a hiatus...

    Totally just goofin.

I have a set of various samples all loaded (90's house and techno) with some granulars, no loops, all single shots and the drum samplers all over.

I love the sound of it.

It was by no means a good musical piece but fun none the less.

I am now loading the new single shots from Audio copy for Underground Trap and gonna see what I can do with them in Takete and the new Beep Street synth.

Keepin' in B side real for all yall players!

  • Wow cool app. Can I just use the visual part of it and use another app for music? If so, will the music from the other app affect the visuals?

  • Love it ! Reminds me of Richard h Kirk solo stuff... very minimal, dry, sounds and beats.
Would sound awesome over a decent club pa.

It is impossible to remove from my psyche more than a decade of my life spent at locations such as the SoundFactory, Limelight, Tunnel, and Twilo.

    Thank you for your feedback.
