Looks wicked! That's like the size of our whole flat here in Dublin (rental crisis!! wooo!). I think you could fit more a lot more gear in there through.. we've certainly managed it here!!

That's sweet. One of the best things to happen in the last year musically for me was moving into a house with space for a studio/music room. The first house the wife & I bought had a cool room for my studio...was very happy with it but the 2008 recession ARM loan payments were ridiculous, so we sold & got a small apartment.
You take having a creative space for granted until you're forced to try and make a corner of the bedroom work as a spot to at least play guitar and record bits.
So in the house we're in now I'm always grateful to have a home studio & the ability to record at 3AM if I want.
