It's a bad year for Appsales, meaning not really much happening only the predictable sales by Korg and Steinberg. Probably we'll have to wait for Black Friday when nearly every dev put their apps on Sale.

I'm confused about the Miroslav Philharmonik and Philharmonik 2 libraries. First of all, does Philharmonik 2 have better versions of the same sounds as the older library or would it still make sense to buy both now? And second: Does Philharmonik 2 include MP2 strings, MP2 brass, MP2 woodwinds, MP2 chromatic and MP2 piano, or are those to be purchased separately?
I believe they are different. 2 seems to get better reviews, and I have it. It's pretty darn fine. But I find that no one library seems to provide all the orchestral sounds. I also have iSymphonic, but not anywhere near all it's libraries yet.

I got it and like it but I can't get anything going other than slow beats.
" MobiDic - guitar picture chords " has pricedropped (if thats a word) to free. It is a guitar chords tool. I have no experience with it, just found it (via the Appshopper.com site) but I think it could be a handy tool, among other things for how to position your fingers.

It's actually quite a bit more useful than the very simple interface might imply. I picked it up the last time it was on sale, and am always impressed with just how much you can actually do with it. Went ahead and picked up Chordion to complete the set from this dev, and have been more impressed with it than I thought I'd be.
