OT: What's your Favorite Desktop app for EPs?
native instruments komplete?
neo soul?
lounge lizard?
keyscape?
Arturia v collection?
UVI?
I know I'm missing some so please mention if your favorite wasn't mentioned. I'm specifically looking for opinions based on the sound, even if you don't own the app which is your favorite?.. and I know some of these have more than eps but I'm just curious about the opinions on the eps.

I like the ones in Komplete - and Neo Soul Keys of course.
Got tons of others on my desktop but always come back to these.
Big Fish Audio released some very good sounding EPs in their Kontakt instruments.
The ones in Keyscape and UVI Attack EP88 are my favorite.
Performance wise they also are the best for me, especially Keyscape with microtuning and great options to make the perfect custom velocity setting....and some more stuff.
Lounge Lizard for me.
I haven't been desktop based for a while but the scarbee mark 1 by native instruments was my go to
I mainly used the Scarbee Vintage Keys and the sonokinetic EMP (free gift last Christmas) until I got
Keyscape. I love the LA Custom Rhodes as well as the Wurly 200A and the Roland MKS-20 and JD-800 patches. There's a lot of fun hybrid sounds in Keyscape too.
I only have this on desktop, but i really like it http://www.waves.com/plugins/electric-88-piano seems to be on sale for 39$ atm. Neosoulkeys studio(that i have on ipad) i havent used and compared enough yet to say if it gets better similar sounds to electric88, but it is a lot more versatile, as it has more pianos sampled to it and has larger effects rack etc
I like Lounge Lizard.
lounge lizard is def one of my longtime favs for how versatile it is but I have been completely smitten with keyscape since it came out
Lounge Lizard sounds fantastic and it's all modeled, no samples. It's definitely on my to-get list. Keyscape sounds good as well but the for me the licensing terms of Spectrasonics software (non-musical use not allowed without request for special license/permission, no sharing of presets, loops etc.) prevent me from investing in their products.
I don't think they mind sharing of presets, but they don't want anybody to share their samples as they are extremely good quality samples, I don't even know if anyone could sample as good as Eric persing but that's why I'm looking. If there's something out there that sounds better than keyscape I wanna find it.
Scar bee Vintage Keys for NI Kontakt is not bad.
I think you get that wrong a bit. It's about the same with every sample based content.
Non-music means you can't use f.e. a pure sample source as a jingle or FX in a video, game etc. without permission and/or further processing.
Every "normal" song should be fine. Preset sharing is no problem as long as you don't share sampled content from Spectrasonics or sound sources and/or use them to make your own sample based things.
But it's mostly the same with every tool which include samples, so i don't see the problem.
