ok, I live at about 2200 m and have a cattle farm, so not too much it is time for music, but if I have time at least 3 hours a day, otherwise at least 2 hours, I make me extra. Nothing happens without music.
    How many apps per session?
I think at least 3 with audiobus is always there, an instrument, an effect. Most of the time it was.

I have spend Maybe 2000 SFR, but i like it, and Love help new developers.

  • And i will spend more, for good Apps with link

Sorry, but I don't see how this question and poll make any sense. You're asking multiple questions and have three answer options. I don't get it.

Why do you always capitalize random words?

  • Average 2 hours a day
There is no average number of apps; it varies wildly

  • At the least 2 hours a day but I'd say way more. That's just a round figure. I'm always hoping around different apps though. Cubasis is always my hub though.

    GMTA
    I wondered the same ;)

  • My train commute is a couple of hours total so this is my current focus. Don't get much chance at home right now.

If an app causes me to miss my stop it's a keeper.

  • Work 8+ hours a day with various studios and home studios using Auria Pro (on my own iPad - always take my iPad and an Apogee One to work), plus at least a couple more hours plus indefinite time in the weekends working on my own music and videos with it. Cheers!

What a very lucky man you are.

  • Not as many hours as I spend on this damn forum.

  • I was in the 4+ hours per day bracket (nearer 6+ on a good day) and that was actual screen tapping time....
Since I acquired my hardware and figured out how best to use it... I am now using apps for the same amount of time...but not tapping the screen anymore....just open a Mixer and some FX and then leaving it alone....maybe pressing record every now and then.

Tapping time is now reduced to Groovebox/blocs wave and is spurious...up to 3 hours for an intense session....but not everyday anymore....

That all being said...I did spend 7 hours straight the other Saturday using LP app and my hardware together.....thanks to the recent Double Dub Reggae soundpack that came out for it.....probably the most intensly used £1.99 spend I've had for a while :D

  • On average, I'm 1 to 2 hours; not an option on the poll. :(

For me it's 2-8. But skewed more towards 2-4. Although some days it's more PC than iOS.

  • Split my musical time between the iPad and actually playing guitar, which is mostly acoustic. Of course, when I'm on an electric binge, it's more. I'm hoping to go into semi retirement at year's end, and spending a lot more time on music. Then it'll be two to four hours between worrying, recording and education.

Congrats on the most dedicated classy group of nut cases I have ever interacted with!

You all motivate me as I spend countless hours a day working on a variety of projects.

I really wouldn't be able to ENJOY and CREATE as interesting things as without the daily fodder and interactions with you all.

Hats off and keep up the good work family!

    You too RICK! :)

  • I played saxophone for 6 hours yesterday; piano for 3.

    Does this count? Ha ha...

  • I used to average about an hour per day, but not using it at all recently as I'm concentrating on getting some desktop stuff finished. There's a few apps on my list though, so those and learning how to use BM3 properly might give me a second wind.

I was busking to background tracks. There's a shaky video of me "opening" for Edgar Winter, Alice Cooper and Deep Purple on my FB page on keys: Jeffrey Newton (Detroit, MI). Cat who shot it was into his cups...

    What?

    Are you for real?

Alice Cooper my first concert! When he had the muscle guy playing lead

  • I spend about 3 to 5 hours composing, laying down tracks, mixing, etc. Unfortunately I don't have days like that very often this year. I really don't know how Doug and Colin get so much done. Or any of you for that matter!

New tracks made with Komplete and guitar, into Maschine and Logic. Though I'm trying to find excuses to keep using iPad stuff to integrate into them. They sound remarkably clean and shiny compared to my old iPad stuff, so maybe I'll use it to scuff them up a bit.

Of course I'm for real! I'm from Detroit, as is Vince, a/k/a Alice. Alcie had a totally hottie chick killin' it on guitar, btw....
