New ipad USER files?

Buying a new ipad since starting my ios endeavor.
Question: will i lose my user files i've created in the apps (gadget, merseene etc)?
Do they appear automatically when i open the apps on the new ipad or is there a process via cloud etc??

You should restore the new iPad from the latest iCloud backup from your old iPad.
If you can persuade iTunes or iCloud to work, make a backup and restore from that to new device. All your own contents should be restored, then leave it while the latest versions of all your apps are downloaded. In theory.
