Conecting to all 4 inputs on EIE (red)

I've just got a new AKAI eie (red) and I've managed to plug in all types of equipment, mono & stereo into the 1/2 inputs, played, monitored and recorded into and out of Studio one. I have the output coming out of out 1 into an amp for the speakers.
But I cant get anything to go through 3/4, they will play into the monitors but nothing in Studio one.

Not exactly the best forum where to ask about studio one. But I think you'll need to enable input range, select source, arm tracks etc
