Apps that create Audio Device on Mac?

Studiomux is the only app I have that does this, creating an 18/2 Audio Device. Do any other apps create Audio Devices?

  • I have used this free tool on the mac and thought it worked well:

    https://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/soundflower/

But I am not sure if it is still supported or not. Support seems to come and go based on how busy the original author is - understandable - but I almost wish they'd put it on the Mac App Store and charge $5 for it or something so that it could get a little more support - like updates when a new OS comes out...

Rogue Amoeba has Soundflower now, as Loopback Audio. I use it, and it’s more feature-rich than Soundflower was. But in this case, I’m wanting to find any iOS apps that enumerate an Audio Device on the Mac - studiomux is the only I know.

  • You can just activate the iDevice as a Audio Device. Apple does this since ios9 or was it 10. Cant remember.
