Audio Cracks

I post this here since it's one of the forum most used for iOS users.
I updated to iOS 7 however I notice my audio cracks up at times when I use my audio interface, I tried a Apogee Duet and a Focusrite 212. If I unplug the interface and plug it back in its fine.
Has anyone else having this issue.
