Future Drummer and Link
Is there any way to stop Future Drummer taking over the Link tempo?
Here’s my scenario. I get a nice jam going in AUM. I set the AUM tempo to 70bpm and start adding Link enabled apps. Ripple, then Trouble, then Ruis, then Groovebox. Everyone plays along nicely but when I add Future Drummer it changes the tempo up. If I set Future Drummer back to 70 it then makes all the other apps go squirrelly. What I would like is for Future Drummer to stay at 70 and allow me to hit random until I have found a blend I can start to tweak.
@LuisMartinez I am not seeing the same issue with your other apps by the way.
Thanks

You're not alone. https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/21343/the-great-bpm-link-war/p1
Have you tried launching FD and setting the tempo to 70 first?
It was kind of free form so I didn't know I was going to use FD when I started but yes, I can try that as a workaround. I have a feeling that hitting random in FD still changes the tempo every time but I should probably validate that.
