Symphonix Evolution 2.1 is now live and supports iOS 7
Great news! Symphonix Evolution 2.1 is now available with support for iOS 7.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EXISTING USERS:
In order to resolve an iOS 7 bug that affected Audiobus integration we needed to change the app's internal product name. This means that the update might not install until you delete the old version from your device and then reinstall it manually using the "Purchases" tab in the AppStore app. DELETING THE APP WILL ALSO DELETE YOUR FILES so it is important to back them up before you update.
To back up your existing files you can use the iTunes "file sharing" method to copy them to your computer as explained in the Symphonix Evolution user manual, or you can use a tool such as the excellent iExplorer application from Macroplant. Alternatively, saving the files to a Dropbox account will prevent them from being lost.
We're sorry about any inconvenience, which is due to circumstances beyond our control. The only other option would have been to require our users to purchase a new app and we obviously wanted to avoid that if at all possible.

Hi Don,
Thanks for this post and for clarifying. What an awesome job at reaching out to your and our users!
Appreciate it Don. Do you have plans on adding inter app audio as well?
Is there a way to import audio into symphonix and have it generate a score from it?
@funjunkie Don confirmed he will be adding IAA support soon.
Great....thanks @mgmg4871.
I emailed Don and he confirmed that we will be able to import user soundfonts in the near future.
This is a great app, with great customer support.
I doubt it will generate a score off of an audio file - don't know of any app that does that. However, when I tested it vs. Notion this past summer, it did a more solid job of importing MIDI and MusicXML files than the other app.
