so it's any loop, or just the drum loops and where are the drum loops from?

This crack/pop is strange and we haven't seen any similar cases.
I personally can't replicate the issue on either of my iOS devices, an iPad Air1 and iPhone 6+. Since you have an Air 2 it should theoretically preform even better then on my Air1. Have you checked to see how much available storage you have? I know that most Apple products can get pretty buggy and suffer from poor performance when the internal storage is too full (usually over 75% full).
