  • If you think of a pattern as a sequence of notes/chords - yes.

You can create pattern chaining in three ways
    1) Link - there is a song mode that plays through the sequences linking them together
    2) Actions - these are user definable tasks you can ask each sequence or sub-sequence(called a part) to perform when it loops. You can ask them to load a new sequence (called a version), start another sequence or part, etc
    3) automate using Midi NRPN
All of these are available whilst the sequencer is playing.

You can also set parts to play sequentially via rack controls (a single sequence/rack can have 4 parts). Similar to follow actions but there's a dedicated button for it. With follow actions, you can do stuff like add probability on whether or not it will actually go to the next part (or version or sequence or transpose itself or...)

  • You can also create what-would-normally-require-pattern-chains-in-other-sequencers if you're talking about the transposition of a sequence.

Say you have a bass line sequence in Cmin in rack 1. You can point another sequence/rack at your bass sequence and use it to transpose the bass line. If you set the transposing sequence to to a clock multiplier of 16/1, you can create a 64 part pattern chain.

Just to note, that's a 64 part pattern chain within a single sequence. You can do the transposition thing along with the other chaining methods mentioned.
