Samson Graphite 49 editing?

Got this controller a few days ago. It’s great and I’m happy with it...got the SE white edition from thomann for little over hundred €. Solid, controls easily accessible tops :)

However, the editor on Windows is pretty weird, I can’t name user presets, every preset gets loaded into program 01 and it’s impossible for me to load a template into a select slot...

Anyone is editing successfully? Oddly there are no videos on using the editor.

    I see, so you go to any user slot, edit, name your template and save? And it appears in list?
    I haven’t figured this out yet :#

    Lately my presets won't stay there after power down so I'm wondering if there's a battery inside that I need to replace but I can't find any info online about it.

    Sorry no time to give detailed answer right now. Do you have the manual as I have followed that whenever I’ve done this but I think press enter than scroll through settings.
