Updating apps to ios7

I'm staying on ios6 until I'm confident that ios7 is stable, however in the mean time some updates are available for ios7 ie ImproVox should I download or not, will they affect anything?

I finally decided to make the jump to ios7, despite everything I've said. I figured I can do more to help with bug tracking and such with ios7 than to sit on the sidelines and 'hope' someone else fixes my issues without my input.

Also, I purchased a new audio interface and wanted to make sure it was going to work with ios7 before the return period ran out.....this was probably the bigger reason for the switch.

In the end, things haven't been too bad. I'm using an iPad 2 and like everyone else, I haven't noticed too many problems. The majority of the updates for the apps have fixed the biggest things. I waited until iOS7.0.2.

...So, don't be too afraid to make the jump.

Now, to your question: Prior to making the jump, I had been doing every update as it came along for the 'apps'--it was only on the iOS itself that I held off. Everything seemed to me to be working fine using iOS 6.1.3 and all of the new updates. So, I think you will be just fine continuing as you are, and you will probably be just fine if you upgrade...... Just my observations and opinions.... :-)

You are very welcome! I'm happy I was able to help! :-) We have all been "newbies" at one time or another. I still feel like I know very little about the whole writing/recording/mixing/mastering scene, and learn new things almost every day! :-) Keep asking questions and don't give up trying to learn! :-) It was good talking with you! :-)
