I'm going to do a few tutorial video for various bits and pieces in the new GB2.3 starting with the excellent Beat Sequncer

What a great gizmo! The small room full of programmers responsible must be sending their work n via time warp from the Steve Jobs era,

Worth noting is that the 'direction' (forward, reverse, ping-pong & random among other parameters) can also be set per instrument. Only thing missing now is 'tuning' and 'user samples'(or at least an option to select sounds from the other kits).
If individual fx processing per sound is needed solo the sound, record, and move the notes to another drum track.
Sure, I'd love to see editing of the recorded automation from touch-instruments (pitch-bend mod-wheel etc.) and maybe even AUv3 automation but I've really gone from focusing on what's missing in GarageBand to what's actually there and considering it's all FREE I'm happy with it
I’d also like the option to keep the pattern playing “live” without having to record the MIDI first when switching to another AU
