If you recorded from multiple midi-channels try checking the data on the other pads as well...
The over-view shows all pads in a bank, not just the currently selected pad.
Have you checked the midi settings for the bank?
(By default pad 1 = midi channel 1, pad 2 = midi channel 2 etc.).
