Ableton link network - how?

I have problem - I want to play with ableton link, but in the place where I will play on stage there is no signal. How can I make a network to play in it?
Are there any music devices which has this functionality? Some usb cards or controllers? Or completely different tools? Could anybody help me?

    You could try the hotspot on your phone.

    Or you could try something like the hootoo devices.

    That is what I do.

    I hotspot the phone and all is well.
