Can I recreate ‘SlitherBass’ iSEM patch in Zeeon ??
I like the Slitherbass preset in iSEM quite a bit, however that plugin gives me anxiety. I’ve had too many stability problems with it and it seems abandoned. So maybe something substantially similar can be programmed in Zeeon?
I’ve never programmed a synth before, so please stop me now if this will not be possible
Comments
Any demo?
Why don’t you sample it?
Anyway this is
kind of similar
Except I don’t like the click sound
It‘s possible, yes. You might get not 100% the timbre because different filters but it can get close.....just Zeeon has more dirty low end
Wow that was so cool.. to see how the sound evolved as I followed your settings. Thanks!
Unable to get portamento/glide, did I miss that or does Zeeon not support it?
At Panel 2 > Voice (works only in mono or unison).
Yah mon! That’s it. I actually prefer it now over the iSem version. Long live the AudioBus forum!
Like this. A bit More complex, The filter is different but the sound is almost there. Then there is some phase modulation on the first osc to give some variation between hits
Indeed, is there a way to share single patches rather than a whole bank?
I'm at work and don't have the space to recreate these. Can someone please share the patches?
Please?
Pretty please?
With sugar on top?
And whipped cream?
And a cherry?
With nuts... gotta have nuts...
A workaround could be sharing a AB preset. But I don’t think you can export single patches from within zeeon
Take the filter tracking off from layer1. It is better
Cool thanks
Ah. sad. I had something like share a patch per day in mind. Would be stupid with tons of synth banks including one patch each
That would be cool, and also good for marketing @giku_beepstreet
But who wants a mess of Cinebient banks in Zeeon, ha.
My problem is everything i´m sure i make a patch bank i never finish it and play with other tools and synths and whatever. Still never finished my second Mitosynth bank.
What would be great if there also was a short description possible to write f.e. what modwheel does to the sound or aftertouch and what the sound designer was inspired by etc.
When I 'try create sounds' it's hardly in an organised manner so I just end up with a bunch of tweaks and variations as they grow and I never consider them 'finished patches'
For a patch a day I would prefer the pic style. I find it could be somewhat educative to build someone else patches. And that old school flavor. Mmmmmm.
Maybe i find a middle way. I think i will try to do small banks of 10 patches each. One for each category.
So since there aren´t so much i will start with Drums (maybe also include hits and percussion).
Give me some time
Portamento/Glide is the topleft knob on „Panel 2“ - the presets needs to be in mono or unisono mode.
That’s a good point. I learned a lot from those pics. Just saving a preset would have reduced the experience substantially
But many pics from iPhone
What you suggest? XML / binary copy / paste?
I’d vote for XML based..if this means it could be easily shared online.
does anyone want to do some pics showing me how to create the Zeeon equivalent of the wonderful Blade Runner patch from Sunrizer?
I'm on it. Let's see what I can get. If the patch I'm listening to is correct
EDIT: having a first look at the patch doesn't seems easily doable: too many SR's features are needed. Tomorrow I'll try with fresh mind and ears. In the meanwhile I'll read again SR's manual
Cool
Well. I made a formant filter. But that took 2 layers so just filter and no synth
