  • Is anyone from Reactable on this forum? I would like to thank them for this funky little app and encourage them to develop it further.

A different perspective - demos on desktop computer are save disabled frequently, but letting you try the product first. This particular app doesn't interest me but why such negativity about a free demo when that's been asked for on ios so many times? If you had to pay for a save disabled version, then yes, no good, but thw way reactable is doing this doesn't strike me as a problem at all but a step forward. Imagine auria for free but save disabled, or any of the expensive synths, etc.

    Just my perspective, ymmv

It would be great if this were the standard proceedure for all apps. Try before you buy? count me in. It would have saved me plenty on the purchase of a heap of apps which for one reason or another failed to hit the mark for me. It may also encourage app makers to provide a decent manual with their apps.
It would be a step forward- they could also disable a few other key features to stop people taking advantage. Like a sequencer that just won't play the seventh note - or no cutoff...... they could make it that the knob fall off when you touch it- just for comedy effect :p
