The point originally had been to call attention to a seemingly dead app getting an update...
But I'm new to the mysteries of the iOS 11 AppStore, and it's timetravel'n ways.

You don't need to have iOS 11 to get all the fun. Also works with iOS 10.3.3. , it also works with iTunes on a Mac or windows computer (not depending on the iTunes version you have).
So, there is no restriction for this update fun for anybody! I will put it in the words of Steve Jobs:

Anyone having problems updating IAP from apps after yesterday’s bugs with Gadget and Snap. I tried Elephants Candy Live FX today after the update to reinstall IAP and was still getting the voice of doom telling me to update same with Conductr aswell any one else having problems update IAP via restore after an app update?
