  • Pro-R kicks butt. Okay I’ve already got Pros-G, L, R, Q2 and Timeless. Do I really need C2 if I’ve got G? Or Pro-MB if I’ve got Q2? I’m thinking Saturn and Overloud for this go round.

  • @NoiseHorse, MB saved my life more than once when I had to deal with poorly balanced drums that had already been bounced to stereo.

how much is the PSP/PRO series plugin previously?I can’t see the latest price in my auria store :=

    regular prices are
14.99 for Echo, PianoVerb and SpringVerb
    19.99 for MicroWarmer and oldTimer
    so will be half then

    THX dude !

  • The only FabFilter plugin I don’t have is the Pro-MB, it’s tempting. Those who don’t have the FF’s or the gems like MicroWarmer, etc. you won’t be disappointed. When I first started using iOS for production Auria was my DAW (and now as Auria Pro it still is my main DAW). I wasted a lot on IAA effects, etc that now I hardly use because when I saw the big prices for Fab Filter’s I thought I knew better (“They’re not as good as the desktop version”, “I can get 10 apps for 1 of those”)...fuck that.

That’s the thinking that still hobbles iOS music production & other creative genres, “Oh an iPad? That’s a toy...” I never had any FabFilter plugs on my old Pro Tools M-Powered set up, but I had a few buddies who had a lot of them, most of those offered. I quickly saw that the parity was 1 to 1, the guys who both knew more about DAW’s and digital recording were aware of Auria’s FF plugs and they said the code was the same.

Just like if you have Cubasis I would recommend having the Waves PlugIns I recommend if you use Auria get Pro-Q2, C2 & the reverb. They are stunning & worth every dime. The PSP stuff is great too.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll get MB and fix that snare in my set that’s leaning to one side :-]

I was talking more about level balancing, but perhaps you find a way to solve panning issues as well with MB: let me know if you do!

I think he was not referring to panning but an actual unbalanced drum...however, In reference to the drummer himself, he's balanced when the drool comes out of both sides of his mouth...and yes, his, female drummers don't suffer the same issue. Ha!

  • There are three plug-ins that are easily overlooked but have been making an enormous difference in my Auria productions: the FXpansion DCAM series! At least the Buss Compressor is a must have, but with the sale, I highly recommend getting all three.

If it means fabfilter will finally look our way, meaning they will fix the graphical glitches happening on 10.5 ipads, then I am all the happier about it.

  • I'm big fan of Saturn and old timer. Use them constantly to add warmth and sparkle

  • Saturn and Timeless II are such wonderfully creative and versatile tools. As far as Drumagog, there are cymbals available from Rim or Chris as bonus dl’s. At least they were a few years ago.

Are the Timeless Two presets worth it? And will they be on sale?

Do you mean Twin 2? If so, Ambient, Analog Keys, Synth Classics, and Space are all worth it. They should be on sale, they usually drop when Auria does.

That is exactly what i meant. Thank you.

  • Just bought microwarmer. Amazing

That's correct, the sale officially starts tomorrow (12:00 PST if I'm not mistaken).

    Rim

I just found out I don't have an important plug-in: drumagog! But then I remembered a limitation that turned me off: only kicks and snares, no cymbals or hats. Is this limitation still in place, Rim?

If you buy the plugin inside Auria and email your receipt to WaveMachineLabs they will send you additional Gog files with Cymbals etc... This is what you get with the plugin plus those extras:

Additionally you can also install Gog files from the Desktop version. I bought the desktop Drumagog when it was on sale a few years ago, plus a couple of additional Gog packs, so I have 34 folders of various samples.

    Still full price in UK.

BTW, while the Remarkable Rim is reading this thread, how about ending the years long issue of FF showing default when reloaded? Pretty please. :)

    MicroWarmer is great for vocals.

  • Yeah, I’m in the US and the prices are still full. Guess that’ll give me more time to mull if I reeeaaallly need the DSer to complete the set.

We use Pro-MB on pretty much everything. The presets are legion, so whatever you want to do there is a great starting place.

Just see it's on sale in the store, and i purchase the fabfilter plugins.....damn,It really touches my heart.
    Love you all guys~ :)

  • Sale now on in UK App Store!

  • Sale in Brazil! Just purchased Drumagog!

I purchased around $120 worth of fab and psp yesterday evening, before the displayed prices were updated to reflect the discount.. The moment I hit the buy button, it showed the correct reduced price.

amazing filters btw..I want them all ; it’s my first experience with anything at that level; truly incredible.
my only regret is that I’m not sure if I can afford more, after buying all the suger bytes, CMP (w/ most iSymphonic iap) , Notion, and quite a few other apps.

  • Interesting, I don’t see the Sugar Bytes stuff in the Auria store now. Picked up the FXpansion Channel compressor. I don’t need the returner, or Overloud, which means I now have everything. I feel complete. :D

I feel complete now too! I’m emailing you a cold beer to celebrate, please copy&paste it to anybody else who finally hit Auria nirvana.

  • Can I resell licenses of those plugins?
