Vatanator has MIDI out but you might need to use MIDIbridge to convert its CoreMIDI into Virtual MIDI or the other way around (don't remember which one it is)

Midi out works for me. Like all apps at version 1, there are bugs to be fixed and improvements to be made. But the basic app is free, and the cost of Midi out is cheap, so you really can’t go wrong.
