Noise app from Roli: not all sounds as au3 in garageband

I purchased a lot of in-App-Sounds in Boise app from roli...not showing up in GarageBand if I try to load the new sounds...is it just me or does that need an update? Would be so great if all the sounds (from in-App purchases) work in GarageBand!!!!

  • This has been mentioned here several times before.
It is not a bug. Drum kits are not available in AU and the SWAM instruments as well.
IIRC someone has asked ROLI support about this and received a reply that it is planned for the future.
I suggest you mail them as well, to show them how many people are looking forward to have this in AU.

  • Already did that...hope now for a future update...

  • Yes I emailed them as well. But now that GarageBand has a downloadable sound library I’m looking forward to getting some good sounds from there in the future. I hope they really invest in it.

Now that you mention it, I wonder how difficult it’d be to export sounds from the vast Logic Pro libraries and download into the iOS GarageBand?

I investigated but didn’t find a way to accomplish this. I suppose the sounds will be periodically packaged and offered via the downloadable sound library.
