I just got Mood but haven't warmed up to it yet. I put Animoog in the top three with Zeeon and Model 15.

While I agree these are all great top notch synths, I love my little sets of synths in iOS:
The Subtractive four of Model15, Mood, Zeeon and Viking.
The wonderful PPG four.
The unique IceWorks four of Laplace, Redshrike, Lorentz and Mersenne.
The Bram Bos selection.
And hopefully in time the Virsyn synths when more go AU.
O, and the Korg selection when I can be bothered with non AU malarkey
