Music video: "Going Viral"

Here's something new...app details below the video:

Audio apps: Launchpad (for backing tracks), GarageBand (for strings and mixing), iSem (lead synth), Mastering.

Visual Apps: Uzu (A generative design playground). I “played” the visual app on iPad as I listened to the song which I had saved to my iPhone. I used the screen recording function in iOS11 to capture the visuals. Luma Fusion was used to put the audio and video together, and then upload directly to YouTube.

There are a lot of free and low priced visual play apps like "Uzu" in the AppStore and I've long wanted to have a way to record them, thanks to the new screen recording feature I can do that, and it all works fine. I'll have to check my purchased apps and see if I can find some of those I've seen before but have forgotten the names. If anyone knows of other, similar visual play apps, please post here.

Cheers,
Toz

Thank you Doug. I'm going to try no do more, and as I learn Luma Fusion, I'll try and use that more for blending of various visuals.

  • Ingenious Mister Toz!

  • @Arpseechord -- Thank you, that's very kind of you to say. I usually make videos because I enjoy doing them, but also it's an attempt try and get certain other people (my family) to actually listen to my music... LOL.

@JohnnyGoodyear - Ingenious? Well, that's humbling and uplifting at the same time! Thanks, sir.

  • Just got the UZU app based on this. Very cool. Relaxing!

Shame the screen recording on iOS is such low res. :(

There’s the Yamaha visualizer....can’t think of the actual app name right now...I think it’s HD, otherwise I don’t know what else might be available, but I’m on the lookout, for sure.
