How could I adjust the volumes of the two apps independently?

I would like to use Bias while listening playalongs on youtube, but the volume affects both programs at the same time and I do not listen to the guitar

    I'm not sure I understand your question. When I go into Bias AMP I am presented with an input and output volume along the bottom. This is independent of the volume buttons on any other app or the headphone volume controlled by either the buttons on the side of the iPad or the slide-up volume from IOS.

    So yes, you should be able to adjust them independently. Just find the volume slider in BIAS and adjust it via screen.

    Yes, that is what i do, but with the bias volume at maximun, i have to low down the general volume of the iPad because the level of the YouTube is too high, then both go down, bias and YouTube, i wonder if there are a way to control the volume of each app independently

    When I just checked the YouTube app it looks like the volume is directly related to the volume on the device. I cannot see a way to disconnect it - this is different behavior than the desktop app on my computer. I did check YouTube on Safari and it looks like you can only mute a video, not change the volume.

    I wonder if there is some way to raise the volume of Bias higher. I've done this before by raising the gain in the EQ. You have up to 15 db of gain you can add, perhaps that will help? I have a amp here that looks like it has two EQ settings, one is prior to the preamp and the other is after the cab - so maybe that is 30 db of gain?

    I think you are going to have to do this in Bias in order to keep your iPad volume at a reasonable level while still keeping the Youtube video quiet enough to play over.
