Church organ sound out of a guitar using ToneStack amps, effects etc.
I just found this video and a couple of tweaks that took just a few minutes to find and I have a full church organ sound straight out of my guitar. No need for MIDI guitar or midimorphosis.
The order of the effects is:
Noise X - tweak the thresh (9 oclock) and decay (9 o) just a slight amount
Nashville Sky - same with gain (1 o) and sensitivity (11 o)
All S'Well - turn down both significantly - Attk and sensitivity @ 9 oclock
Analog chorus - stock (leave it as-is)
PolyOct - stock
Cosmic Echo - stock
ZoneVerb - stock
SilverTembler amp - stock
Silverpanel 1x10 - stock
Give it a try, let me know if this works for you as brilliantly as it is working for me!

Nice, ToneStack is a great sonic playground for combining effects, and not just confined to guitar-based stuff either.
I grabbed the Motherload bundle some time ago and no regrets about that.
I just bought the motherload upgrade 3.0, I bought 2.0 a few years ago and I'm still not sure what I bought. It has some really fantastic stuff in it, more than I'll ever probably need. As I try stuff out I am learning how to work with it - it is different than a real amp and cabinet and pedals but with my playing and guitar I'm able to get mostly good tones out of it... I just wish my fingers would cooperate!
I hear that, I've been playing for over 25 years, not that you could tell.
It's very easy to get lost tweaking rather than actually playing in ToneStack, great fun doing it though. The PolyOct in particular is great for coaxing organ-like tones.
With this and Bias FX I'm pretty much covered for the guitar. Both good apps with different strengths (Bias for the amp sims and TS for the effects for my money).
Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
