Beatmaker/cubasis
I have auria, it's a great daw for recording audio but I find for midi and using loops not so much.....which is better for that beatmaker or cubasis?
Comments
I find Cubasis more intuitive for a more traditional “DAW” linear flow. I can just get stuff done quicker than in Auria. If I ever finish anything I’ll be going back to Auria tho for the plugins.
BeatMaker is great I just haven’t dug into it that much so take my opinion with a pinch.
My past albums were used using ableton for its great looping as I do techno stuff so that's kind of what I'm looking for
BeatMaker 3 might be the best option for offering something similar to Ableton. I could be wrong. I’d watch some videos on how the workflow is. The scenes mode will feel very familiar tho
Yeh, I agree with the above, BM3 is a closer match. I use Ableton when I’m not focused on mobile.
