midimittr 2.0 / open source
Hey everyone,
Since midimittr is (much to my surprise) still heavily used, I decided to give it a UI overhaul, a rewrite to Swift and subsequently open-source the app as well.
It's available on the store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/midimittr/id925495245?mt=8 - however Apple's desktop web view seems botched and produces an error right now) and on github at https://github.com/sieren/midimittr
Cheers,
Matt

Thanks for that it’s a great tool.
Thanks love this app!
@mattsieren

Thanks for that!
However since update on my mini2 (ios 9.latest) it looks somewhat crippled on top of all its windows
Ouch, haven't used iOS 9 in a while, seems like Apple changed the way they're handling their MIDI Views. I'll look into it ASAP. Cheers
Yeah, I wish I had updated to 10 when I had a chance, but on 9 it still feels better than my air2 on 11. Helps me remember how a good battey usage looks like. Now it's my midi controller with midimittr and lemur being the two most/only used apps.
Hope it is an easy fix.
Thanks
Pushed out a fix just now, should show up in a few on your end. Let me know if that solves it for you
@mattsieren
Yes, the problem is gone now.
Beautiful, thank you again for keeping it maintained.
Im using two iPad 3's ... one iPad has advertised fine while the other is getting error message
"There has been an error starting service"
Both iPads have identical settings within Midimttr and Bluetooth
Any ideas?
So... this still seems to be working really well...
Yep, thanks again @mattsieren!
