Charging while playing

I'm looking for a way to charge my iPad while playing my music, I know the griffin studio connect does this but are there any other ways to do this.? Also I do need to buy me a cck, do I need to buy an apple one or are the 3rd party nes just as good?

    Buy an apple one, most o fthe others will not work properly if at all.....and get the CCK3 as it will allow you to charge while having USB connected

    Other options:

    • iTrack Dock
    • Older Alesis/Behringer docks with a Lightning-to-30pin adapter (will charge too!)
    • High-end solutions like the Apogee Duet or iConnectivity iConnectAudio4+

    Also keep in mind that you can connect your iDevice to your Windows or Mac machine over USB and transfer Audio and Midi data. Pre-iOS11 solutions like Studiomux exist.
